We’ll get it right and undertake all data collection/recruitment to your complete satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that something does go wrong, we’ll do everything in our power to put it right.
If you’re not happy with a respondent, or a specific element of a project, then you will not be charged for that part of the work undertaken.


We will:

  • Manage issues and offer solutions – before they become a problem.
  • Keep you informed and the project on track, with a dedicated Project Manager and a QRS Director involved on every project.
  • Double-check everything we do – to ensure things are right first time.
  • Continually monitor and verify our data, recruiters and interviewers.
  • Screen out ‘professional respondents’ and potentially poor contributors.
  • Independently pre-check as many Qualitative respondents prior to participation as possible.
  • Undertake all associated logistics as required, including questionnaire design, coding, data production and, for groups/depths, handle venues, catering and incentives.
  • Be honest in everything that we do.
  • Always be nice people to work with, with a positive attitude and prepared to go the extra mile, not just to get the job done, but to get it done well!


How we do it:

  • QRS’ quality control systems are integral to our business and underpin everything that we do. Our systems are designed to allow us to continually improve and develop the quality of our work. They provide a working framework that gives everyone a clear understanding of our agreed processes to ensure that we deliver the service we have committed to.
  • Our quality control is managed by our Operations Director, supported by our ISO Quality Manager. We are certified to:​​​​​​

              - ISO 9001:2008.

              - ISO 20252:2012 – the standard for delivery of Market Research Services.

  • In addition we are registered with/adhere to:

              - The Data Protection Act.

              - The Market Research Society Code of Conduct.


Our Charity: Giving something back

Earlier this year, staff at QRS decided to support a local charity: Chips (Children’s integrated play schemes).

Chips offers play and social opportunities for children with additional needs aged 3 to 19 living in eastern Hertfordshire.

To do as much as we possibly can, a charity committee was set up, which has been involved with a number of fundraising events, from 10K races to fancy dress and cake bakes, all with the aim of raising as much money as possible to help such an important resource.
