FMCG/retail
Consumer Connection Programme
For the past 12 years we have been recruiting a range of respondents each month to participate in depths, household visits and accompanied shops, across a number of FMCG sectors on behalf of a major retail manufacturer to allow their marketers to understand their consumers better.
Automotive
Recruitment of depths with high net worth individuals, who were also owners of the most prestigious car marques – respondents had to agree to undertake an interview while sitting in their vehicle.
Recruitment of Fleet Managers and long haul truck drivers on behalf of a leading automotive brand. The project involved recruiters having to work at truck stops and service stations to ensure we achieved a spread of drivers across all major manufacturers.
Financial
Recruitment each quarter of 30 depth interviews with Finance Directors in UK businesses with a £15 million+ turnover.
Recruitment of High Net Worth individuals, with a liquid asset level of over £100,000, who had bought a life assurance, personal pension or investment product in the last 12 months and had relationships with more than one financial provider.
IT/telecoms
Recruitment of IT and telecoms directors from companies with over 1,000 employees, as well as influential end-users, to participate in a series of focus groups and depth interviews.
Recruitment of gamers: 18-24, mix of users of Playstation, Xbox, online games and early adopters of potential next-generation products.
Medical
Recruitment of groups, quads and depths among parents of children with Type 1 diabetes, young people with Type 1 diabetes and people over 50 with Type 2 diabetes.
Special requests
Big Night In!
We have recruited respondents to arrange and host a ‘Big NightI which was observed and included:
- A high stakes poker night with a group of high-flying London bankers in their 20s.
- A girls’ night in with a lingerie buying party/jewellery design party.
- A dinner party/murder mystery party with an elaborate design.
- A Platinum House party/cocktail party – with premium drinks and other features differentiating it from just ‘having friends round’.
Fast turnaround
Two days to recruit groups with household energy decision makers who had either switched energy suppliers within the last three years via a door-to-door call or a cold telephone call, or were open to switching in the following six months.
