Study of the Mortgage Market
1,600 x 20-minute interviews with IFAs across the UK each year, as part of an ongoing tracking study.
Customer Dissatisfaction Study
Conducting interviews among consumers who had made a complaint to their financial provider to understand if and how it had been resolved from the client’s perspective.
Sport & leisure
UK Equine Survey
For the second time, we were commissioned to conduct 1,500 interviews among professional and leisure riders across the UK to provide the data to define the current UK equine market.
IT/telecoms
With a database of around 1,000 IT/telecoms professionals we are able to recruit for focus groups and depth interviews with respondents from the smallest companies through to the largest corporate entities.
In addition, we have experience of conducting surveys among IT professionals across a range of subject areas including sponsorship, product usage, product and technical understanding.
Retail
Shopper surveys
We conduct a number of studies each year among consumers, targeted by specific postcodes, to establish their shopping behaviour and patterns to enable various retailers/shopping centres to maximise their offering or location.
Healthcare
We have undertaken numerous CATI surveys involving up to 6,000 interviews for a range of NHS bodies/trusts and private health providers, covering subjects such as general health, new care initiatives, cancer and care of the elderly. We have also conducted postal studies, involving up to 40,000 mail outs on a single project, amongst patients, relatives and healthcare professionals.
